Our typical scope of work is for complete turn-key design and construction of all wind and solar project components, including civil infrastructure, foundations, electrical collection systems, substations and interconnection facilities, mechanical erections and transmission lines.

WIND ENERGY PROJECTS
On wind energy projects, our self-performance subsidiary, Signal Energy Constructors, combines the design/build experience of Signal Energy with the wind turbine erection and transport experience of Barnhart Crane & Rigging: Two industry leaders combining to form an unequaled design/build solution. Our self-performance capabilities extend to all aspects of civil construction, as well as turbine erection and transport. Through self-performance of wind turbine erection and mechanical completion we bring this critical process under the direct control of Signal Energy Constructors as the BOP contractor. We give you the confidence that the cranes and other equipment your project requires are available, and that the crews that will perform your work are experienced, available and the best in the industry.
SOLAR ENERGY PROJECTS
On solar energy projects, Signal Energy has the capability of self-performing all civil portions of the project as well as the mechanical installation of the mounting systems, racks and trackers. Our team has four ABI MOBILRAM machines for pile installation and has demonstrated its proficiency in quality, efficient and economical installation of mechanical systems on over 80MW of solar projects. In addition, our team works with solar project owners and developers to develop turnkey solutions for their solar projects from the initial concept to the finished product.
